Shipping & Delivery Time

Since we ship directly from the factory in China, the shipping time is about 8-12 days, a small amount of goods will be shipped from the United States (about 3-5 days), thank you for your patience!

My parcel is lost, what do I do?

If you cannot find your package, please contact us via email. We will make compensation and refund after verifying with the logistics company.

About returns & refunds

1. If your goods have not been shipped (no tracking number appears), we will refund you immediately;
2. If the product has been shipped or is unopened after you receive it, we support refunds within 3 days of receiving the product. (Please pay for postage by yourself)
3. Refunds will not be provided if the product has been opened. Thank you for your understanding!
